Accuracy of Contents
Cavalinho makes every effort to keep all the information and content on the website up to date. However, it does not guarantee that it will be error-free. With regard to the shades and colors of the products, there is a permanent commitment to ensure that they respect and come as close as possible to the actual color of the product. However, depending on the computer screen you are using, you may notice slight differences.
Price
The price of the products is displayed on the website and also when the order is validated. Subsequently, all this data will be sent, at the time of order confirmation, to the e-mail address provided by the user. Prices are currently displayed in Euros (EUR).
If we detect an error in the price of the products you have ordered or in the shipping costs, we will contact you to resolve the error. At this point, you will be able to choose whether to accept and maintain the order with the adjusted price or whether to cancel it. If you choose to cancel the order, we will refund the amount charged, using the same payment method. If this is not possible, a bank transfer will be made to the IBAN indicated by the user.

S.H. reserves the right to refuse an order, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
If the product is not available or if there is an error;
If the billing information is not correct or unverifiable;
If your order is detected by security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
If we have reason to believe that you are under the age of 18;
If we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
If there has been an error in the prices;
If we cannot deliver to the address provided.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders are only delivered on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Deliveries
We will make every effort to deliver the products ordered within the time limits indicated in the order confirmation.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by S.H.
In cases of incorrect address, the user is responsible and may be charged additional costs.
Shipments will originate from one of S.H.'s logistics centers.
If your order is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us using the form on the website, or by email at customercare@cavalinho.com.
Shipment will be made by a carrier subcontracted by S.H.
Restrictions on Special Dates will be communicated in good time.
Wrong Deliveries
You must check that your order is correct at the time of delivery. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your order, please contact our helplines to be informed of the steps you need to take. Please note that if a problem with the product is detected due to mishandling during transportation, you have 24 hours to file a complaint. S.H. is not responsible for damage caused during transportation. For defective products or products returned due to an error attributable to S.H., we will be responsible for transportation, but we will always replace/exchange the product subject to stock availability.
Returns
To return a product you should ask our helplines for instructions customercare@cavalinho.com. Only products purchased online can be returned. For any other return, we advise you to contact the store where you bought it.
Responsibility
The terms and conditions of this sales contract do not affect your statutory rights. The total liability in relation to the sales contract may not exceed the price of the products in question. S.H. has a legal duty to supply the ordered products in accordance with the sales contract.
Guarantee
Legal guarantee: Consumers are entitled to the statutory guarantee, which covers non-conformity of the product at the time of delivery. S.H. undertakes to repair or replace the products in question (or parts) free of charge if they are found to be defective in workmanship and/or material under warranty within a period of three years, applicable from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer. We reserve the right to exchange the item if the costs of repair are disproportionate or if repair is impossible.

Commercial guarantee: S.H., representing the Cavalinho brand, also offers an additional commercial guarantee on most products.
Rights and Properties
All brand names, product names and titles used on the site are registered trademarks or trade names of CAVALINHO. You are not authorized to use or reproduce such trademarks or trade names, as they may constitute an infringement of the rights of the owners. The entire design of the site, texts, documents, films and other services, and the selection and organization thereof, and all other materials on this site are protected by copyright of S.H., or its suppliers. The user is only permitted to electronically copy and print parts of the site insofar as this is necessary for the purpose of placing an order, or to use the site as a shopping resource. You are not authorized to make any other use of the information and materials on the site, including reproduction for purposes other than those mentioned above, modification, distribution or republication.
