Shipping and Returns

Cavalinho offers shipping costs for purchases of €350 or more.

We offer the regular delivery services mentioned below, which are subject to the specific procedures of each carrier, namely with regard to the modalities, deadlines, costs and possible transportation constraints associated with the specifics of the orders to be delivered.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on the following factors:

• Actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
• Carrier tariffs (which are updated periodically).

Before finalizing your payment, you will be shown the amount associated with shipping your order.

Warning:Delivery times are stipulated from the actual date of dispatch of the order and should be considered as indicative only. In the event of structural difficulties or physical impediments to shipment, such as incorrect addresses, strikes, loss of connection, bad weather or pandemics, we cannot guarantee that delivery times will be strictly adhered to.

For shipments outside the European Community, there may be customs charges, according to the legal rate in force in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Under normal circumstances, dispatch takes place on the working day following payment of the order.

Delivery time

Delivery takes place between 5 and 10 working days after the order is dispatched, barring any occurrence/anomaly on the part of the carrier.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.

To start the return process, log in to your customer account and request a return. You must choose whether you want a refund via the same payment method or a store credit (to use on a future online purchase).

How to return your order:

The return must be made within 10 days of your request, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Returned items must be properly packaged — they must be in perfect condition, with tags, certificates, and the original boxes. The refund or voucher issuance process will be completed once our warehouse receives the items and verifies that all items meet the established conditions and criteria for return.
